The AsiaXpat website is the leading site for professionals and executives in Hong Kong, with 50,000 site members.

From nearly 1000 AsiaXPAT members who completed the extensive user profile survey the results indicated that its audience comprises almost exclusively professionals, expats and high net-worth executives including a significant percentage of affluent Hong Kong passport holders.

AsiaXPAT was founded by expatriate Canadian Paul Luciw, and began serving the expatriate community of Hong Kong in 1999. The site’s initial focus was providing a resource for finding a property in Hong Kong, including share flats, long term leases and serviced apartments.

The AsiaXpat website rapidly expanded to include a wide range of services including a buy and sell classifieds channel, advice forums, and a section to assist expats with finding a full or part time domestic helper. Personals and the Hong Kong business directory were soon added to round out an expansive range of content on the site.

AsiaXPAT was funded by a group of Canadian ice hockey players in Hong Kong including Richard Siemens, and was under the E-Kong Group umbrella of Hong Kong technology investments. A group of shareholders including the Founder bought out E-Kong and the company is currently majority owned by the Founder, Paul Luciw.

This magazine is produced under contract for the Royal Selangor club. It’s for the 6500 members of the club. The content is a mix of club information and lifestyle stories. The publisher is responsible for design and layout, some of the articles and selling advertising space.

  • Target Audience: The 6500 members of the RSGC . The membership includes some of the most influential people in Malaysia as well as some of the most affluent people in the country.

Power On Fm, is a young, professional and modern radio station in Tenerife.

Power ON FM is the leading radio broadcaster English-speaking in the i’s that of Tenerife. Ongoing research were established in November 2016 and since then this option has become the option preferred for expatriates and tourists by same. With a careful combination selected DJ and shows, the station attacts listeners of all ages.

The FM frequencies that have been selected carefully to ensure that Power ON FM reaches more listeners and potential customers.

The bulletin board is read live by the DJ’s. It is ideal for promoting events, job announcements or
simple business ads up to 50 words. There is also a page in our website that is touted as part of the function, where you can put available more information.  The bulletin board website gets more than 350 visits per day.

According to data from the Register of Inhabitants published by the INE, today more than 10,000 people with the nationality of one of the former Soviet republics (USSR) live in Tenerife.

Of these 10,000 “ex-Soviet”, the largest community corresponds to the Russians, (about 40% of the total), followed by Ukrainians, Lithuanians, Moldavians, Armenians, Belarusians, Lithuanians, Latvians, Estonians, Kazakhs and Georgians. In addition, according to the Survey of Tourist Movements in Frontiers (Frontur), every year Tenerife receives more than 150,000 Russian-speaking tourists. Most of them live in their own world and are not connected to local life, due to language difficulties they do not read Spanish press or watch Spanish television. They look for information in their own language and this is exactly what we provide.

“Novosti Tenerife” is the only Russian-language newspaper available in the Canary Islands. Having been published for more than 3 years, during which time it was chosen by the Embassy of the Russian Federation in Madrid as the best Russian language newspaper in Spain and was represented in the media forum, which took place in St.Petersburg in June 2015.

Russian tourism in Tenerife

Russian tourism to Spain, which fell in 2015, is recovering by leaps and bounds since 2016, according to two of the main operators, in the Spanish market as well as the Russian association of tour operators.

Since the months of January and February 2016 there was a significant upturn in the expected air capacity between Russia and Spanish destinations. The Russian Association of Tour Operators has stated that Russian tourists returned to Spain due to problems of competing destinations. The suspension of all flights from Russia to Egypt after the attack on a Russian passenger plane and the ban on tour operators selling tourist packages to the Arab country has reactivated the interest of Russian tourists in the Canary Islands.

The print run for Novosti is 10,000 per month (1 edition per month) which is distributed free and strategically at some 400 distribution / pick up points such as coastal tourist zones, Commercial Centres, Medical Centres, Restaurants, Stores, Estate Agents, Residential hotels & Apart hotel resorts, and many more important points around the island. Novosti offers transparency with their print run details to their customers as they use an audit company that controls and certifies said print run of 10,000 per month.
